What Reviewers Do:
- Review applications from communities applying at Levels 1–3 of our Assessment and Recognition Program.
- Provide objective written feedback based on an established review process.
- Collaborate with a small team of fellow Reviewers.
- Participate in two or more virtual meetings along with independent work.
Why Participate?

Who Can Apply?
We welcome professionals from all sectors who:
- Are familiar with the Baldrige Framework, or
- Have experience in community collaboration, development work, or cross-sector leadership.
- Are willing to learn and follow the C.O.R.E. review process.
- Are committed to providing constructive, inclusive feedback.
New reviewers are paired with experienced team leads and receive training and support.
