Why communities use the Impact Pathway
Communities often have passionate leaders, strong organizations, and important initiatives already underway, but still struggle with fragmentation, duplicated efforts, unclear priorities, and stalled momentum.
The Impact Pathway gives cross-sector teams a practical structure to:
- bring the right people together
- understand the community as a system
- align priorities and resources
- put plans into action
- learn, improve, sustain, and scale what works
Join Milestone 1: Gather to Build Momentum
July 14, 2026 | 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. PT
$500 per community team, up to five participants
Not every community is ready for a full pathway on day one. Milestone 1 is a low-barrier kickoff workshop for communities that want to begin, but may not yet have the full team, plan, or structure in place.
Communities that continue into Milestone 2: See Your Whole Picture may apply the full Milestone 1 investment toward Milestone 2 tuition.
Every milestone includes:
- live virtual sessions with facilitated discussion and practical exercises
- peer exchange with other communities
- tools, templates, and milestone-specific resources
- access to the C.O.R.E. Community Scorecard
- optional coaching support for additional cost
- opportunities for visibility, storytelling, and recognition
Powered by the C.O.R.E. Guide
The Impact Pathway is grounded in the Baldrige-based C.O.R.E. Guide, a practical framework for helping communities think systemically, engage cross-sector partners, use data intentionally, and improve over time.
